The service is built for marketing operations, IT operations, HR operations, legal operations, and any internal team whose request volume has grown past the point where a free form tool plus a shared inbox can keep up, and which does not want to take on the configuration cost of a full workflow management platform.
The Little Forms service combines four functions in one tool. A form builder with conditional fields and clean public-facing forms. A routing engine with rules-based decisions, a default human triage queue, and named overrides for the cases the rules do not cover. An approval flow that captures durable, auditable approval records with named approvers and timestamps. A status layer that sends requester-visible updates without requiring the requester to log in to a separate system.
"Most operations teams are running their intake on a free form tool, an inbox, and the institutional knowledge of one person who knows where each request goes," a Little Forms representative said. "When that person leaves or the volume grows, the whole system breaks at once. We built the smallest tool that solves the actual problem, and stopped there.
